Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express online, by phone, fax or mail.

If you would like to pay by mail using a check, money order or credit card, please print out and complete an Order Form from the website and mail it to us.

If you would like to pay by Purchase Order (credit-worthy U.S. accounts only), you can mail, email or fax it to us. Please make sure the "bill to" and "ship to" information is included.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground for U.S. addresses, USPS Priority Mail International for international addresses. Contact us directly for rates on express or other shipping options.

All of the products you see listed on our website are usually in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately. We typically ship orders out within 72 hours of full payment receipt, but occasionally it may take up to 14 business days. When we ship your order, we will send you an email (with tracking information when applicable) so you will know when to expect your package.

Ground shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 2-7 business days. International shipments may take as long as 21 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot control a package once it leaves our facility and are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather or other factors outside Legacy's control.

Sales Tax

Orders shipping to Indiana will have sales tax automatically added. If you qualify for tax exemption in Indiana, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can set up a tax exempt account for you.

Product Guarantee

Our items are designed for years of dependable service, but just in case something isn’t quite right…they are also backed by a 90-day guarantee. If any Legacy product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship within this time period, contact us at info@LegacyProductsInc.com and we will arrange for free return shipping and a speedy replacement of the defective item. Your replacement item is usually on its way within 1-3 business days of when we receive your original item back.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We make returns, refunds and exchanges as simple as possible. Returns and exchanges are accepted for items returned in new, unused, resalable condition with authorization from Legacy and at the sender’s shipping expense unless otherwise agreed upon.

Returns, for whatever reason, can be within 14 days of the order receipt date (as determined by the shipment tracking information). To initiate the return, call 1-800-238-7951 or send an email to info@legacyproductsinc.com to notify us of the intended return. Unwanted item(s) should be securely packed in a sturdy shipping box. It is your responsibility to pay the shipping back to Legacy and return the item(s) in new condition, so we recommend adding tracking and insurance on all exchanges or returns. Legacy cannot be responsible for uninsured or undelivered shipments.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, within 3-5 business days after Legacy’s receipt and processing of the returned item(s). We will send you an e-mail to let you know when the refund has been completed. For credit card transactions it may take up to 6 business days for transactions to display on your credit card statement. If you originally qualified for free shipping and your return puts your order total below the free shipping amount, you will also be responsible for the original order shipping charge. This amount will be deducted from your refunded total. For returned items purchased with a discount promotional code your refund will be the actual price you paid for the item.  

Exchanges can be within 14 days of the order receipt date (as determined by the shipment tracking information). To initiate the exchange, call 1-800-238-7951 or send an email to info@legacyproductsinc.com to notify us of the intended exchange. Unwanted item(s) should be securely packed in a sturdy shipping box. It is your responsibility to pay the shipping back to Legacy and return the item(s) in new condition, so we recommend adding tracking and insurance on all exchanges or returns. Legacy cannot be responsible for uninsured or undelivered shipments. Exchanges sent to U.S. locations will be shipped back to you at no additional charge as long as the price of the replacement item(s) is equal or less than the price of the returned item(s). If the price is greater, a flat shipping fee of $35 will be applied to the revised order. For exchanges to international locations, contact us first for return shipping rate. Upon receipt of returned item(s) in acceptable condition, Legacy will process your refund/payment of any replacement or additional items ordered within 72 hours of the receipt of returned item(s) using the same form of refund/payment as the original purchase. For credit card transactions it may take up to 6 business days for transactions to display on your credit card statement.
